Modern measuring dividers combined with measuring devices from ARTEMES are used for the metrological recording of the equalisation processes in high-voltage systems.

The high-voltage installations in the high-voltage grid represent important nodes in energy transmission with different voltage levels. When switching operations are carried out, the network state changes and balancing processes occur during switching. Modern measuring dividers (ohmic-capacitive voltage dividers in combination with broadband measuring devices, such as the MSO46 from Tektronix (see picture)) are used for the metrological recording of the equalisation processes. The ohmic-capacitive voltage dividers transform the high voltage to be measured in the kilovolt range to defined voltage ranges for the measuring devices.
